Dynamo Cyclone Cane and Swing Cane aluminum frame are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime for the original owner. These devices were built to quality standards and inspected prior to shipment. The Dynamo Lifetime Limited Warranty for the aluminum frame on the Dynamo Cyclone Cane and Dynamo Swing Cane is an expression of confidence in the material and workmanship of our products.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will at our option, repair or replace the device. Proof of purchase of the original owner is required. This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components such as plastic accessories, foam covered parts or synthetic rubber parts, which are subject to normal wear, tear and replacement. Dynamo SAYS that they are looking into but I don’t have any info no promise to resend I’m confused as to if they are a functioning company
I hope I get the replacement parts!!! But unsure 😐

My order showed as delivered on September 2, but could not be located. On September 6, I opened a ticket with DynamoMe asking for a replacement or refund and have not received a response.
