The wrist strap is very comfortable. One thing that could be improved is the piece that adjusts the strap. It has opened up and fallen off several straps, and that is with just occasional use. Otherwise the strap is a very good product.

Haven't been able to use waiting on replacement feet
I have sent 3 requests for replacements feet for 3 canes I have purchased from Dynamome. I have 3 ticket numbers, but no feet. Will you please get me 3 replacement feet for my swing canes please?

I need wrist a strap because it's hard for me to pick my cane up once I drop it. Dynamo wrist straps are the best I have tried! They're easy to install, so thick and soft, as well as made from quality materials. Glad I ordered them! 😎
