LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Dynamo Cyclone Cane, Swing Cane and GoStick Cane aluminum frame are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime for the original owner. These devices were built to quality standards and inspected prior to shipment. The Dynamo Lifetime Limited Warranty for the aluminum frame on the Dynamo Cyclone Cane, Dynamo Swing Cane and Dynamo GoStick Foldable Cane is an expression of confidence in the material and workmanship of our products.
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will at our option, repair or replace the device. Proof of purchase of the original owner is required. This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components such as plastic accessories, foam covered parts or synthetic rubber parts, which are subject to normal wear, tear and replacement. I have sent 3 requests for replacements feet for 3 canes I have purchased from Dynamome. I have 3 ticket numbers, but no feet. Will you please get me 3 replacement feet for my swing canes please?
I need wrist a strap because it's hard for me to pick my cane up once I drop it. Dynamo wrist straps are the best I have tried! They're easy to install, so thick and soft, as well as made from quality materials. Glad I ordered them! 😎
One of the two straps broke the first time my husband used it with his cane, the attachment string broke. Other merchandise ordered, clips did not fit properly, got one in using a hammer to tap it, the other wouldn't go in no matter what we tried. Very disappointed that a great cane accessories and replacement pieces are not up to par. I sent an e-mail about the clips and never received a response.
