LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY ON SCOTTIE CANE

SCOTTIE’s Scottie Cane aluminum frame is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime for the original consumer. These devices were built to quality standards and inspected prior to shipment. The Scottie Lifetime Limited Warranty for the aluminum frame on the Scottie Scottie Cane and Scottie Versa Cane is an expression of confidence in the material and workmanship of our products.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will at our option, repair or replace the device. Proof of purchase of the original owner is required. This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. For the frame, it's important to specify that our lifetime warranty covers the structural integrity of the aluminum components, excluding damages resulting from normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches or dents incurred through regular use. Please note that this warranty does not extend to cosmetic imperfections or intentional damage caused by the customer. Additionally, as the foam on the Scottie is a non-replaceable component, it falls outside the scope of warranty coverage. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components such as plastic accessories, foam covered parts or synthetic rubber parts, which are subject to normal wear, tear and replacement. Non-Durable Parts* are warranted for 30-days of purchase.

All of these parts (with the exception of the EVA foam covering) are replaceable and available for purchase at dynamome.com under ‘Replacement Parts’.
