How to Adjust PrimeStick Wrist Strap
It helped but the tip fell off outside of the 30 day warranty. For this price I'd expect better quality. I emailed for a replacement and they want $20. I can get a whole new cane for that price. Save your money and go elsewhere
I have been using my Dynamo Walking stick for about a year. It gives me confidence and makes me feel safer when I walk. I can walk faster and I think I walk more upright than I would with a cane. Two friends have asked me about the walking stick and then each asked me to order one for them because they do not use the internet much.
Hey I sure like mine and I ordered another one from one of your shopping companies. So now I have two so I can go hiking with my son. On a beginner trail.
So happy.
Their lifetime warranty is a marketing tactic. After 30 days you’re on your own.
Dynamo Prime Stick has been the perfect walking stick. It can expant to taller and reduce to smaller for the perfect height. It is easy to handle and the base does not slide on the floor or ground. When I finish with it, I'll give it to a family member to use as a hiking stick. Perfect!
