Limited Lifetime Warranty on PrimeStick

To the original consumer, the Dynamo PrimeStick's aluminum frame is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime. These devices were built to quality standards and inspected prior to shipment. The Dynamo Limited Lifetime Warranty for the aluminum frame on the Dynamo PrimeStick is an expression of our confidence in the material and workmanship of our product.

Additionally, the warranty does not extend to non-durable components such as wrist straps, plastic accessories, foam covered parts, or synthetic rubber parts which are subject to normal wear, tear, and replacement. Non-Durable Parts* are warranted for 30 days from date of purchase.

*NON-DURABLE PARTS include the Cyclone Tip (p/n 1361), the PrimeStick Wrist Strap, and the EVA Foam Wrapping.

For the aluminium frame, it's important to specify that our limited lifetime warranty covers the structural integrity of the aluminum components, excluding damages resulting from normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches or dents incurred through regular use. Please note that this warranty does not extend to cosmetic imperfections or intentional damage caused by the customer.

Limited Lifetime Warranty on GoStick

The Dynamo Limited Lifetime Warranty warrants to the original end-user consumer that the aluminum frame of the Dynamo GoStick will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the useful lifetime of the product. These devices were built to quality standards and inspected before shipment. This warranty is an expression of confidence in the materials and workmanship of our products.

The warranty does not extend to non-durable or wearable components such as plastic accessories or synthetic rubber parts, which are subject to normal wear, tear and replacement. Non-Durable Parts* are warranted for 30-days of purchase.

Our Warranty in Summary:

  • Lifetime Warranty to the original end-user consumer: The GoStick's ALUMINUM FRAME.
  • 30-Day Limited Warranty for *NON-DURABLE PARTS. *NON-DURABLE PARTS include the Hand Grip Pad (Part 1131c), the Cyclone Tip (1361b), and the Wrist Strap (1590a). All of these parts are available for purchase on our website: www.dynamome.com under 'Replacements'.
  • Note that there is No Warranty for the Internal Elastic Tensioning Cord.
